Puppy Return & Refund Policy

  • Should you find yourself in a situation where you can no longer keep your puppy, please inform us via email at rivervalleycanines@gmail.com or through a text message. Kindly ensure that your decision is communicated clearly.
  • You will be responsible to make necessary arrangements for the puppy's return.

  • We have a first refusal policy, meaning we must be informed if you cannot keep the puppy. We are also committed to helping place your puppy in a new home, as we want to ensure they do not end up in shelters or rescues. Under no circumstances should the puppy be released, sold, or donated to any shelter, rescue service, humane society, or research facility. We are more than happy to provide a loving home for the puppy until a new forever family is found.

  • Once the puppy has been rehomed, any fees that we incur will be deducted from the remaining balance. Any money left after these deductions will then be reimbursed to you. Refunds generally take
