Puppy Return & Refund Policy

  • You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at rivervalleycanines@gmail.com
  • Please inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement to make arrangements for the puppy to be returned to us.

  • We have first refusal if a family can’t keep a puppy. We do offer to help place your puppy as we want to know where they are and that they do not go to shelters or rescues to be resold!

  • The Puppy Family, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES RELEASE, SELL, OR DONATE said PUPPY TO ANY SHELTER, RESCUE SERVICE, HUMANE SOCIETY, OR RESEARCH FACILITY.

  • We will not reimburse your retainer.

  • Remainder of any other fee's reimbursed for said puppy will be minus re-evaluation, vetting, boarding (daily care), training, and/or rehoming.

  • The breeder will gladly provide a loving home for the puppy until they can be placed in a new home.

  • Once a puppy has been rehomed, any paid fees for said puppy to the breeder, will be reimbursed to you.

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear back on your original method of payment, depending on your bank.
